Yes, even though I'm not into the Kardashian's, and actually dislike hearing so much about them, I do like their makeup, hair and fashion. So, since EVERYTIME I try to order the duo Kylie wears from Mac....I find that it's SOLD OUT, I decided to go on a hunt to find something similar. Plus, let's face it, if we can find the same thing....but cheaper....It's BETTER!!
So above are the choices I came up with. I am not sure if this has been found previously, but it's what I like. These two are the closest things to the real colors. It is the NYX Lip Liner Pencil in Nude Pink and the Rimmel Lipstick #103.
Just look how easy and creamy this is on my hand. This is just one swipe. It is very pigmented and looks amazing! I have been just so pleasantly happy that it has done so well for the month I've been trying it out!
This Rimmel Lipstick #103 is the Kate Moss series. I've purchased mine at CVS but I've seen them at Walmart, Target and even Ulta.
I have really been loving the feel of this lipstick. It doesn't dry out my lips, it keeps my lips moisturized for a little while at least. This isn't a long lasting lipstick though. I usually have to replenish my lips a few times a day. The smell of it is nice. Nothing wonderful but it isn't bad either.
Look at this gorgeous color! I have one in use one on standby and a few in stock. It looks amazing on my lips. It's just a slight darker color than my lips. Glides so easily and I don't have any issues when my lips are slightly dryer than normal.
Here is a swatch of the lipstick along side the lipliner. See how similar they are? You can see how well these two work together. Such a sexy mix!
The NYX lip liner costs around $4.49 and the Rimmel #103 lipstick costs $5.49. Compared to Mac's costs....I think I'll stick to the drugstore products!!
